Kellys Point Hire are pleased to be providing site plant and equipment to Turkington Windows & Conservatories at the construction of a new retail development in Marlborough Retail Park, Craigavon.
This new retail development will be home to the likes of M&S, Airtastic Trampoline Park, and O’Neills Sports. Phase 1 of the project is expected to be finished in Autumn 2018.
We visited the site yesterday to see the progress and make sure that all was well with the site plant and equipment that had been hired.
Kellys Point Hire have 3 main pieces of equipment on this site;
Our 14m Telehandler, the Manitou MT 1335 (more details at https://bit.ly/2wyqUIA)
Our 10m Scissor Lift, the Skyjack SJ 4632 (more details at https://bit.ly/1TGRi5o)
Our 18m Artic Boom Lift, the Manitou ATJ 200 (more details at https://bit.ly/2IgffmH)
As you can see from the photos, the telehandler is being used to hoist the window panes up to the correct height, and the scissor lift is being used as the platform for the men to work from to correctly fit the window panes into the place.
The artic boom lift is being used for any work which required that great height including work being done to the roof of the building.
Pictured is our own Chris Gorman along with Brian McDonnell, Aluminium Project Co-Ordinator for Turkingtons Windows and Conservatories.
A fantastic project that we’re proud to be a small part of.
